Employee Address Data

All employees need to maintain up to date address information for timely distribution of their Annual Wage and Tax Statement (W-2 form). Address updates must be submitted by December 2, 2013 to assure inclusion on the 2013 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.Employees should verify their address on Central Payroll Bureau’s Payroll Online Service Center (POSC). Address changes can be updated online by visiting POSC.

Addresses may be updated by hard copy. The form and instructions are available on the Financial Services web page.

Employees who have benefits through the State of Maryland should also report address changes to the Office of Human Resources by completing the Benefit Change of Address Form.
