Learn how to effectively cope with stress and your emotions. This skills-based group focuses on strategies for coping with a variety of challenges. Topics change weekly. All TU students are welcome to attend any (or every!) week! Our first meeting will be on October 17 from noon – 1 p.m. at the Counseling Center and will address anxiety management.
