Do you like helping the planet? Do you live on-campus? Become an eco-rep! Eco-reps work with the Office of Sustainability at Towson to help campus transform into an eco-conscious community. The commitment is about one hour per week, and the positions are unpaid. Eco-reps get to:
* Serve as the sustainability representatives for their residential communities
* Promote TU’s Recyclemania and Energy Conservation Contests
* Volunteer at campus-wide sustainability events
* Spread awareness about sustainability on campus
* Receive leadership training (including educational and team-building activities such as hikes, field trips, film showings)
* Integrate sustainability into their lives through personal & activist actions
