Join Morgan Stanley for their EARLY INSIGHTS PROGRAM for freshman and sophomore women, black and Hispanic students. The program gives full-time undergraduate students from all majors an opportunity to explore the Operations division in the financial services industry and become familiar with the firm’s business and culture. The full-day program provides an opportunity to explore the financial services industry and the Morgan Stanley businesses and culture. Participants are invited to Morgan Stanley offices (all expenses paid) to network with employees representing the Operations division, gain insight into their businesses through a variety of workshops, and learn what it takes to be successful throughout the recruiting season. Participants will also have an opportunity to opt into their internship recruiting process.
