This skills-based group focuses on strategies for coping with a variety of challenges, such as: anxiety management; anger management; taking care of yourself; combating negative self-talk and empowering yourself; mindfulness and stress management; perfectionism; boundaries and assertiveness; and conflict management. Topics change weekly. All TU students are welcome to attend any (or every) week! Join us at the Counseling Center on Wednesdays at 1-2pm. Our next meeting will be on March 13th and address Taking Care of Yourself.
