Cyber Security Student Scholarships

The Department of Computer and Information Sciences is currently accepting applications for its 2013 CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service scholars.

 

Towson University is one of fifty universities in the US to participate in this National Science Foundation funded program that is designed to increase and strengthen the cadre of federal information assurance professionals that protect the government’s critical information infrastructure.

 

The CyberCorps scholarship provides:

  1. Full tuition;
  2. Books;
  3. A stipend of $20,000;
  4. An allowance of $3,000 for travel to professional conferences;
  5. $1,200 in health insurance.
