Dear TUFS Bowling League members,
For those who wish to continue bowling, the league starts January 17, 2013 and will last 15 weeks. I would like to share a few things with everyone before the spring league begins. The cost will be $16 per week, which covers the cost of using the lanes, providing prize money and the treasury. You are expected to pay each week (even if you are absent).
For new bowlers, there will be a onetime sanction fee ($20), which must be paid the first night of bowling along with the regular fee of $16.
One major change from previous seasons: If you fall one week behind in payment you will not be able to bowl until you catch up.
Some key factors about our league that may differ from other leagues:
- Bowling is for 30 weeks and is broken down in two parts (fall league and a spring league).
- Pre-Bowling starts at 6:15 p.m., bowling starts promptly at 6:30 p.m.
- Cost is $16 per week.
- You may pre-bowl if you are unable to bowl (please provide a copy of your score to a member of your team).
- Last two weeks of bowling can be paid at any time; however, they must be paid for by April 11 for the spring league so we can request payment (for prize money) on time.
