Help Children in Need

Do you want to help school children in Baltimore obtain the tools they need to learn?

TU Catholic Campus Ministry at the Newman Center is teaming up with Bing and the Towson University Community to help Baltimore area schools ensure that students have the tools they need to succeed.

Please use the link above to see an interactive map of the schools in need, what they request, and how close they are to meeting their goals.

We want to designate two schools to assist:

Leith Walk Elementary, located near Northern Parkway and The Alameda (not far from The Senator Theatre), is in need of audio tools such as a CD player, a cassette player, and other audio accessories.

Cherry Hill Elementary Middle, with which Towson University has already made some great partnerships {www.towson.edu/cherryhill} is in need of a printer, ink cartridges, and other school supplies.
Your donations to these schools or any others are greatly appreciated. This is truly an investment in our future, and it only takes a second. No amount is too small.

Blessed is he that considers the poor: Yahweh will deliver him in time of trouble. Yahweh will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and you will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. ? Psalms 41:1-2
