Welcome Back International Students!
All international students on F or J visas are automatically enrolled in the school-sponsored insurance plan each year because they are required to have health insurance according to Towson University policies. Charges for the school-sponsored insurance plan will automatically be placed on your account.
If you have private health insurance that you think is comparable to the school-sponsored insurance policy and would like to apply for a waiver, please submit the waiver form by September 15, 2006.
Be sure to include your e-mail address on the form and your private insurance policy information. You will be notified by e-mail regarding the status of your waiver.
If you are not available to drop this form off by the deadline, please mail the form to the following address:
