Employee Address Data

All employees need to maintain up-to-date address information for timely distribution of their Annual Wage and Tax Statement (W-2 form). Address updates must be submitted by December 3, 2012 to assure inclusion on the 2012 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.

Employees should verify their address on Central Payroll Bureau’s Payroll Online Service Center (POSC). Address changes can be updated online by visiting POSC: https://interactive.marylandtaxes.com/Extranet/cpb/POSC/User/Start.aspx

Addresses may be updated by hard copy. The form and instructions are available on the Financial Services web page: http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/financialservices/Payroll-AddressChange.asp

Employees who have benefits through the State of Maryland should also report address changes to the Office of Human Resources by completing the Benefit Change of Address Form: http://dbm.maryland.gov/benefits/Documents/HBForms/PersonalInfoChangeForm.pdf
