Did you know TU had a Figure Skating Club?

A lot of people don’t know about the Figure Skating Club, but here’s your chance to learn about us! We are made up of all kinds of skaters; those who have never skated before to those who have competed and everything in between. Absolutely no experience is necessary!

We meet three times a week: Monday & Thursday for off-ice practice 9 p.m. – 10 p.m. in the Burdick Hall Mezzanine. Friday we are on the ice at Mt. Pleasant Ice Arena. We meet on campus in the Burdick Hall parking lot at 11 a.m. to head to the rink and we practice from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. We may add a couple public sessions (Fridays we are the only people on the ice) because we know that many people can’t make the Friday session. This decision will depend on the club’s opinion so your input will be important.

Your first Friday session is free! Skate rentals and Lessons included! After the first practice there are dues of $9 a session OR $75 for the semester. There is nothing to worry about, you can come check us out just for some fun!

Please feel free to email us at {TowsonSkating@hotmail.com} for more information! TUFSC is SGA Affiliated under the Sports Clubs Oganization. You can also get more information by filling out a request sheet in the Sports Clubs Office in Burdick Hall Room 150.
