Do you feel worried, nervous, helpless, and/or have difficulty concentrating when preparing for or taking tests? Many students struggle with test anxiety so great that it can sabotage their performance. This two-part workshop will help you learn more about test anxiety including the factors that can cause and exacerbate it as well as learn ways to reduce or eliminate it.
Stress Management

Does the semester have your thoughts racing and your heart pounding? Do you feel overwhelmed by the stress? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then this workshop is a must. Learn more about how stress affects you and more importantly the techniques to reduce stress.
Public Speaking Anxiety Group

This ongoing every-other week workshop provides an opportunity to learn how you can eliminate or reduce your performance anxiety and develop ease and mastery in public speaking by helping you to become more comfortable receiving attention.
