Towson University?s Personal Conditioning program provides a comprehensive assessment of the five components of fitness (Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Cardiovascular Fitness, and Body Composition). We provide a one on one training setting with all of our clientele as well as an exercise program designed specifically for fitness needs and goals.
