Applications are available now for the University System of Maryland Student Council. The USMSC is one of four advisory councils to the Chancellor. Two delegates are appointed from each of the system schools to serve on the council. The members are responsible for researching and discussing current issues in higher education relevant to the USM, collecting information from and dissemination information to USM campuses, and making recommendations to the Chancellor on topics elated to students.
