Ongoing Public Speaking Anxiety Workshop

This ongoing workshop, which meets the first and 3rd Friday of each month, provides a place to eliminate or reduce your performance anxiety and develop ease and mastery in public speaking. This workshop does not focus on performance technique or content, but on getting comfortable receiving attention and speaking effectively.

Time: Friday 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: Counseling Center, Glen Esk Building
