Student Employees: Instructions for Changing Your Address with the Payroll Office

Remember to change your address with the Payroll Office if the current address that your paychecks/direct deposit advices are being mailed to will be different once the spring semester ends. This is important to assure that you will receive your final spring semester pay check, which will be mailed June 4, 2008. If you are graduating or not planning to return to Towson University, Payroll will need your permanent address to assure that you receive your calendar year-end tax form (W-2 Employee?s Earning Statement).

Payroll Address Change Forms are available on Financial Services’ Web site, {http://wwwnew.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/financialservices}. On the site, go to the Forms Directory and select Address Change Form under Payroll Interactive Forms. Follow the directions printed on the form.
