The Towson Online services used to register for classes, manage financial aid, pay bills and view or request transcript information is undergoing an upgrade. These services will be unavailable from noon Thursday, January 10 to noon Tuesday, January 15 while the upgrade is completed.
Students should prepare for the outage by completing anticipated online services, including online bill payment and transcript requests, prior to January 10 or after January 15.
In addition to having a new look and more intuitive navigation, the upgraded services will offer users simplified menu options and faster runtimes. Information regarding training for the upgraded system will be posted in the coming weeks.
Online self-help support for students will be available in the coming weeks. Additional information about this training will be posted in a future daily digest.
