The 4th Annual Service-Learning and Civic Engagement Conference, Journeys through Service: Passport to Change will be held on April 9, 2011 at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, MD. Presented in partnership with the Baltimore Collegetown Network and Maryland Campus Compact, it will be attended by approximately 300 students, faculty and staff from Maryland colleges and universities.
We are seeking proposals from students for dynamic workshops that will address the following themes: Academic Service-Learning, Community Partnerships, Campus Community Service Initiatives, Issues in Our Communities, Building a Social Justice Leadership Toolkit, and Career Building.
Proposals are due no later than Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 5pm.
