For the past year, all students with declared majors have been required to see an advisor in their major. Other students have been required to consult with their FYE advisors or an advisor in the Academic Advising Center. We are administering a survey designed to determine how well the TU advising initiative is serving the needs of our students. Results from this survey will help us learn about what is working well and what needs to be modified.
A random sample of 5000 Towson students will receive an email asking them to participate in the Intentional Advising Survey. Students who do not receive an invitation in the random sampling are also welcome to participate in the survey, which can be reached at the following web address: {http://studentvoice.com/towson/intentionaladvising09}. Please respond to the survey at your earliest convenience.
The feedback you give us this semester will be used to make changes and improvements for the future of the TU advising programs. All students completing the survey by May 20th will be entered into a drawing for one of 50 $25 gift certificates to the University Store.
