The Honors College and SHAC (Student Honors Advisory Committee) are offering a great deal to see the play ?Death and the Maiden? at the Center Stage in Baltimore. The play is Thursday, November 2nd, which is student night at Center Stage. FREE FOOD as well as a supplemental discussion with the cast of the play! The ticket price is ONLY $10 per person, (normally $40). Free transportation from campus is provided! We will meet at 6 PM outside of the Newell circle for the shuttle. **** SHAC is sponsoring a University store book scholarship of $100 which will be related to the play! We will be having a Colloquium discussion of the play on Wednesday, November 8th from 4 to 6 PM in the Potomac Lounge in the Union.
There will then be an essay contest, write about issues of the play and issues discussed in the Colloquium to be eligible for the scholarship.
