Glen Tower A RAs, Leisel Martin and Paul Barbo, present International Culture and Cuisine. Do you have a favorite recipe or know a recipe with an international flare? If you do, please submit it to either Leisel or Paul (see contact information below) by Saturday, September 25.
The top four recipes will be selected and those who submitted them will have the opportunity to prepare these dishes for the residents on Wednesday, September 29 in Glen Tower A lounge at 6:30 p.m.
Ingredients necessary to prepare the meals will be provided.
Residents will sample the dishes then vote on the one they think is best.
The person with the winning recipe will win a fabulous prize!
