The world has changed in many ways since Martin Luther King, Jr., spoke those famous words on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in 1963. More than 200,000 people assembled in support of equal rights for all people. While many recognize that singular line, his speech actually lasted 17 minutes and included many poignant declarations about equality. Come participate in a re-reading of this speech and then discuss its relevance today. Sponsored by New Student Programs and the Center for Student Diversity.
