Sign up for TU Tour Night at the ShopRite of Timonium. Learn about healthy snacking, shopping on a budget, quick and healthy meal planning for college students and how to read food labels. Get your questions answered by ShopRite?s Registered Dietitian.
The free tours will be offered on Thursdays at 7 p.m.
The dates of the tours are:
– October 6th
– October 20th
– November 3rd
– November 17th
You must contact Kerry Ballek, TU Registered Dietitian, at {kballek@towson.edu} to sign up for a tour or for further information. There is a maximum of 10 participants for each tour so sign up early! You will need to have your own transportation to the store.
