Many Presidents/Executive Boards have shared stories of receiving a blank binder from their predecessor, if anything! You?ve worked hard to get your group where it is, and the time has come to pass it on to the next Exec Board member. This workshop is designed to teach you strategies for passing the torch without letting the flame die. Any group member considering a leadership role in their organization could also benefit from this informative workshop.
