Holiday Payroll Schedule Reminder

Please note the following changes in timesheet due dates and paycheck/direct deposit mailing dates for the upcoming holiday season.

Paychecks and Direct Deposit Advices:

* Regular paychecks and direct deposit advices for the pay date Wednesday, December 23 will be mailed December 22. Direct deposit funds will be available Wednesday, December 23.

* Contingent/student paychecks for pay date Wednesday, December 30 will be mailed Tuesday, December 29 to all off-campus addresses. Direct deposit advices and any paychecks with on-campus addresses will not be mailed until Monday, January 4. Direct deposit funds will be available Wednesday, December 30.

* Please note that the mailing of paychecks is always predicated on the assumption that the university is not closed due to inclement weather.

Timesheets:

* Contingent/student timesheets for the pay period ending Friday, December 18 are due by noon Thursday, December 17.

* Regular timesheets for the pay period ending Tuesday, December 29 should be completed and approved before leaving for the holiday break, with the exception of those employees who will be working during the break. All timesheets are due by 10 a.m. Monday, December 28.

* Contingent/student timesheets for the pay period ending Friday, January 1 should be completed and approved before leaving for the holiday break, with the exception of those employees who will be working during the break. All timesheets are due by noon Friday, January 1.
