This is a reminder that, pursuant to the FY 2005 Close Out Guidance issued in January 2005, we have passed the procurement deadline of April 1 for new procurements/contracts exceeding $100,000.
Please be reminded of the following additional deadlines for goods and services you wish to purchase using FY 2005 funds:
> $30,000, but < $100,000: April 29, 2005 > $5,000, but < $ 30,000: May 25, 2005 < 5,000 (if PO required): June 10, 2005
If you are working with the Procurement Department and are purchasing goods or services from a blanket/master agreement, the guidelines may not apply to you. In order to determine the applicability of these guidelines, you must contact the Procurement Department directly.
