Employee/Employer Relations and the Supervisor

This course will provide you with information on university employee relations topics, including managing performance (including probationary evaluations, annual evaluations, and deadlines), handling time and leave issues (including absenteeism, Family and Medical Leave, and other leaves of absence issues), disciplinary actions and procedures, and also a review of employee rights to appeal disciplinary actions.
