It is with great regret that we notify the university community of the loss of Lloyd Reed, a beloved employee of the Mail and Distribution Center. Mr. Reed retired in November after many years of service to the university. He will be greatly missed.
There will be viewings for Lloyd Reed on Wednesday, February 6 from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the March Funeral Home at 1101 E. North Avenue in Baltimore, MD 21202, and Thursday, February 7 from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the St. John Christian Community Church on 1208 E. Lanvale Street in Baltimore, MD 21202.
Immediately following Thursday’s viewing, a 7:30 p.m. service will be held at St. John Christian Community Church. Mr. Reed will be buried at Veteran?s Cemetery in Garrison Forrest on Friday, February 8.
Flowers can be sent to the March Funeral Home. Donations can be made in Mr. Reed’s name to the St. John Christian Community Church or the American Cancer Foundation specifying pancreatic cancer research. Cards of condolence can be mailed to Reed’s family at 4705 Moravia Run Way in Baltimore, MD 21206.
