The time to start exercising is NOW and we want YOU! Join us at the Towson University Wellness Center and try a boot camp workout! If you have not been exercising or simply want to try something different a boot camp workout will do just the trick! Boot camps are dynamic workouts focusing on both strength and cardio. They are challenging yet fun and super effective for burning lots of calories and training your entire body. All fitness levels can participate as the circuit training format can be modified for a beginner, intermediate or advanced level participant.
The upcoming boot camp session will run from December 1st to December 31st (5 weeks). Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 noon at the Wellness Center (Admin. Bldg rm 113). Be dressed for outside weather as we will be taking it to the outdoors! (Provided there is no rain or snow).
Class is FREE but you must sign a waiver form in order to participate. Waiver may be signed at the first session. Please call the Wellness Center (410) 704-4555 for more details. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, December 1st!
