All regular faculty and staff members who contributed to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health care or day care during the 2003 calendar year have until April 15 to submit their requests for reimbursement for eligible expenses incurred during 2003. Requests for reimbursement should be faxed or mailed directly to Erisa Administrative Services (EAS) and must be received or postmarked by April 15. Under Internal Revenue Service rules, all FSA contributions made during 2003 and not claimed for reimbursement by the April 15 deadline will be forfeited. Reimbursement forms are available from Towson University?s Office of Human Resources, can be downloaded from the EAS website {http://www.flexmd.cserisa.com} or can be copied from the samples on pages 56 and 57 of the 2004 benefits booklet.
