With Mike Noll, Training and Development Manager
Are you interested in learning or getting a quick refresher in a key supervisory skill? Whether you are a current or a future supervisor, this workshop is designed to enable participants to be more productive in their professional lives by improving the way they delegate tasks. At the end of this session, participants should be able to use the steps to successful delegation, determine what to delegate and to learn why delegation fails.
Participants should bring a list of current tasks, projects, functions, or responsibilities that they are delegating or have delegated in the past.
Faculty and staff working to complete the non-degree Management and Supervision Certificate offered through the Office of Human Resources can count this as an elective in the Managing the Work category!
