After 30 years of service with the Towson University Police Department, Captain Joseph G. Herbert will be retiring August 31, 2007. Throughout his tenure with the department, Capt. Herbert has served in nearly every capacity within the department’s ranks, including interim Chief of Police.
Please join us in honoring Capt. Herbert?s commitment and service to this community August 30, 2007 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the General Services conference room. The police department will host a ?Well Wishes and Thank You? celebration with light refreshments, special gifts and presentations.
