?GOLD? File Server Downtime Affecting All Cross-Department Shares

As the result of a system reconfiguration, all Cross-Department Shares on the Gold drive will be unavailable from 10 p.m. Saturday, August 18 until noon Sunday, August 19. The reconfiguration will significantly improve service reliability and system performance. OTS will individually email each person who has access to a Cross-Department share to give them the share name and new path.

Everyone with access to a cross-department share must remap their drives to the new share path. The share path will change from \goldsharename to \customsharesharename.
