The Office of Human Resources is pleased to introduce Jo Ann Joseph as the newest member to the Office of Human Resources Management Team. Ms. Joseph will take the position of employer/employee relations supervisor effective Wednesday, March 5.
Ms. Joseph comes to us from Morgan State University where she served as assistant director of Human Resources. She has served in a number of capacities during her career in state service which has included, but is not limited to, the following: assistant manager-employer/employee relations at MDOT, lead personnel officer-Human Resources Benefits Unit at MTA, and employee relations arbitrator-Employee Relations Division at DOP, now called DBM.
