Parking Notice ? Faculty/Staff Permit Sales ? Online Purchases Now Available!

Faculty/Staff parking permits will be available for purchase at 9 a.m. July 16, 2007. In addition to being available via mail or at the Auxiliary Services business office in the University Union, faculty and staff may now also purchase their annual and semester permits online! In order to conduct an online permit purchase, go to the parking web page and follow the links to eParking. You will need your TU ID and password/log-in to purchase the permit on-line.

New Faculty/Staff Members
New faculty and staff members who do have records in the payroll system must purchase parking permits in person at the Auxiliary Services business office. These individuals must bring their contract in order to verify their pay rate. While at the business office, new regular employees may opt to participate in the payroll deduction plan.

New employees who are in the payroll system can purchase their permits on-line.

Permit Renewal
The permits of faculty and staff members who participated in payroll deduction during 2006/2007 will be automatically renewed and mailed to the address listed on the university?s records. Individuals who have not received a new permit by August 10, 2007 should contact our office at 410-704-PARK.

Regular faculty and staff members who would like to use payroll deduction for the first time may sign up until August 10, 2007. This process can be completed online, in person at the Auxiliary Services business office, or through the mail. The payroll deduction form linked below must be completed and submitted to the Auxiliary Services business office before the permit will be issued. If you process your request online or through the mail, please print a copy of the payroll deduction form and mail it or bring it to the Auxiliary Services business office.

Other payment options include four equal installment payments (which requires completion of an installment card), credit card, check (mail in/walk-in only) or cash (walk-in only).

New permits may not be used until August 15, 2007. Current Faculty/Staff permits expire August 31, 2007.
