In January 2008, the university underwent a major PeopleSoft upgrade, moving from version 8 of the application to version 9. The updated version includes many new features designed to make things easier and more intuitive for the end user. For faculty, the resource page contains information on all common start-of-semester tasks. Just a few of the things you’ll find in the Faculty Center section of the site include: checking your teaching schedule; viewing, printing, and downloading class rosters; browsing the course catalog and semester class listing; assigning grades and getting information on your advisees.
During the upgrade, roles, rights, and permissions may have changed. If you discover that you are not able to perform a function that you previously could, or you are not able to find a function that you previously used, call our faculty/staff help center at 410-704-5151 (2+2+2 on the voice menu).
