Faculty and staff should prepare for the upcoming PeopleSoft outage by completing any PeopleSoft-related function needed on or before January 16 prior to January 10.
The system will be down from noon Thursday, Jan. 10 to noon Tuesday, Jan. 15 for a system-wide upgrade. All PeopleSoft functions, services and information will be unavailable during this time.
Faculty and staff members can access online self-help support for the upgraded system at {http://www.towson.edu/ps9}.
The upgrade will produce a more intuitive system with user-friendly navigation and simplified menu options. Any questions about the downtime or training should be directed to Lyn Kimmel at x4-4007 or {lkimmel@towson.edu}.
