Effective immediately, OTS will no longer accept individual forms requesting computer accounts, PeopleSoft changes, Crystal Reports, and TOA/FRS accounts. We have consolidated these forms into one computer and data access form. We have also eliminated the use of social security numbers to better protect your privacy.
The Account/Data Account Request form is located on the TU Forms Repository under Office of Technology Services or at {https://inside.towson.edu/GeneralCampus/FormsRepository/Forms/Account%20Data%20Access%20Request%20Form%20and%20Instructions.pdf}. Once you have completed the form, submit it via fax using the number indicated at the top right of the form. If you have any questions, please contact the Operations Center at x4-2438.
