Fall 2010 Faculty/Staff Permit Sales

Faculty/staff parking permit rates are based on salary. Please see the website {www.towson.edu/parking} for faculty/staff rates and additional information.

All faculty/staff permits purchased via payroll deduction last year will automatically be renewed beginning July 1 through July 18 and will be mailed to the address on file with HR as of July 1. If you do not wish to continue payroll deduction for the coming year, you must cancel payroll deduction by submitting a cancel payroll deduction card to the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO). The cards can be obtained online at the web address above or at the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO) located in the Union.

Regular employees interested in using payroll deduction who did not use payroll deduction last year will need to purchase their permit online and select the payroll deduction option at time of payment. In order to use payroll deduction as your payment method, you must purchase your permit between July 19 and August 16. The payroll deduction option will not be available after August 16. All regular and contingent faculty/staff also have the option of paying with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check or cash. Please continue to use your current AVI gate access device with your new permit.

For faculty and staff who did not use payroll deduction last year, parking permits will go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2010. Permits must be purchased online at the Parking website, {www.towson.edu/parking}. Payment options include credit card, cash/check and payroll deduction (regular employees only). All cash and check purchases and credit card purchases after August 29, 2010, will require that the permit be picked up at the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO) located in the Union. Permits designated for pick up will not be available until at least 24 hours after purchase. Please see the ASBO website, {http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/AuxServices/universityunion/TicketOfficeHours.asp}, for office hours. New fall 2010 permits will be valid August 9, 2010.

A Towson University user ID (NetID) and password is required to access the system via the Parking website. Do not establish a ?Guest Account? when purchasing a permit.
