Administrative Leave and Time Sheet Completion for Inclement Weather
Towson University was closed from 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, February 10 through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010. As a result, administrative leave has been granted to regular staff, 12-month faculty, librarians and contingent staff for their scheduled work hours during this time period.
? Regular staff, 12-month faculty and librarians should record leave code ADMU in the leave code section on their timesheet, along with their scheduled hours as they relate to the aforementioned time period.
? Since contingent timesheets for pay period ending 2/12/10 have already been completed, no adjustments will be required for any hours recorded for that pay period.
? Contingent II non-exempt staff should record leave code ADMCU in the leave code section on their timesheet, along with their scheduled hours on 2/13-14.
? Contingent II exempt staff should record leave code ADMCE in the leave code section on their timesheet, along with their scheduled hours on 2/13-14.
? Contingent I staff should record their scheduled hours as work time on their timesheet for 2/13-14 and record ?Admin Leave? for the days affected in the remarks section.
? Administrative leave is not granted to employees who were not scheduled to work on 2/10/10 through 2/14/10.
? Non-exempt emergency essential personnel (usually only certain Facilities Management and Police employees) will be paid for hours worked in addition to receiving straight time Administrative Leave pay for their scheduled work hours during the aforementioned time period.
