We are currently looking for presenters for Towson?s Women in Leadership Conference on April 14th, 2012 . The Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference increases the leadership capacity of female students and prepares them for success in the workplace. Conference topics and presentations will focus on three core tracks: (1) Women in Business, (2) Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math), and (3) Women in Service which will focus on women in non-profit and education fields. Additionally, there will be a common career readiness curriculum throughout the event.
This conference is sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs and is organized by the Women?s Resources Program in the Center for Student Diversity, the Office of Student Activities, the Career Center, and the Center for Applied Business and Economic Research (CABER). In addition, each academic college will be encouraged to sponsor outstanding students to attend the conference.
