“Teaching with the New York Times” Workshop

On Thursday, August 23 there will be a short workshop for faculty planning to use the New York Times in their courses this coming semester, as well as for those interested who would like more information. Randy Jones, our New York Times campus representative (also a Towson alum) will provide basic information about the program, and the bulk of the program will be spent discussing the ways in which professors from various disciplines have incorporated the newspaper into their courses.

This is a busy time of year. With this in mind, the workshop will begin promptly at 9:30 AM and end between 10:15 and 10:30 AM, in the Administration Building, Room 424. Coffee, juice and breakfast danishes will be served.

Please RSVP to {daccardi@towson.edu} by Tuesday, August 21, if you will be stopping by.
