Nominations for President’s Award

The deadline for nominations for the President’s Award for Distinguished Service To The University is Friday, November 7 at 4:30 p.m. A one-page, single-spaced justification supporting the nomination must be included with this nomination form along with a detailed curriculum vitae of the nominee. The form must be signed by the person making the nomination. Please enclose sixteen (l6) copies (one for each member of the committee).
