Message from John Mease, Vice President, Towson University Foundation:
In preparation for our June 30, 2009 fiscal year end, I want to remind you of a few important dates:
- Disbursement Request Forms ? To allow sufficient time to prepare for the annual audit, July 17, 2009 is the deadline for submitting invoices/expenses for fiscal year 2009. Please submit for payment all invoices related to FY 2009 activity no later than July 17, 2009. Please make every effort to work with your vendors such that you can comply with this deadline. This includes requests you may have to reimburse TU for deficits in your state-side budget.
- Deposits ? The last day we will accept deposits for credit to FY 2009 will be June 29, 2009 at 12:00 PM – NOON. All deposits received after 12:00 PM – Noon on June 29, 2009 will be reported to you on your FY 2010 activity reports.
I appreciate your cooperation in getting the above information to the Foundation office by the referenced dates. If you have any questions about the fiscal year end dates, please call either Sybil Johnson at 4-3758 or Susan White at 4-3299.
Please note that the June 2009 reports will be sent out as usual in July 2009. These reports will be the FINAL FY 09 reports. Any project that receives audit entries will automatically receive a REVISED FY 09 report in September, after the completion of the audit.
