The Office of the Provost appreciates every volunteer that participates in commencement. We would like to give you a few tips and reminders to make sure you have a successful and positive experience.
Shuttle Information for Commencement Volunteers
A shuttle service with stops at the Union Garage (Osler), the Administration Building and Lot 21 (Towson Center) will be provided for faculty and staff beginning at 6 AM and going until 90 minutes after the ceremony has ended.
The route is continuous so your wait will be minimal.
Parking will not be available at the Sports Complex for volunteers as these areas are reserved for ceremony participants and guests.
Commencement Volunteer Check-in
- Check-in on the North Balcony of the Towson Center prior to the start of your shift. You will pick up your volunteer lanyard and receive additional instructions pertaining to your assignment.
