Regular faculty and staff currently enrolled in the state of Maryland benefit plans make changes over the phone via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by following the instructions in your open enrollment packet. November 28 is the last day the IVR is available.
There are special instructions for making dependent changes. The instructions are noted in the left margin on page two of the IVR open enrollment instructions. Please follow these steps so your changes are processed correctly. Check your summary statement for accuracy.
