The State of Maryland Employee Benefits Division experienced a delay with open enrollment materials. Therefore, the open enrollment packets will be mailed mid-October. Packets will be mailed to the home address of regular and contingent faculty and staff currently enrolled in benefits. Regular and contingent faculty and staff not currently enrolled in benefits will be emailed a packet.
