Study Abroad is proud to offer a new TU Exchange program at Curtin University in Perth, Australia. Beginning in Spring 2019, Towson University students have the opportunity to study at Curtin for a semester or year. Curtin is ranked in the top one percent of universities worldwide in the Academic Ranking of World Universities, and is an affordable option for TU students looking to study in Australia. Exchange students at Curtin are able to choose from courses in any study area, with the exception of nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physiotherapy, law, and medicine. Located in the Western Australian capital of Perth on the Indian Ocean and in close proximity to Asia, students at Curtin find themselves in a multicultural population and inclusive environment.
The TU Curtin University Exchange application is now open in Horizons, with limited spots for Spring 2019 and admission on a rolling basis.
Applicants must be full-time undergraduate degree-seeking students at TU with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and be at least 18 years old. Sophomore/Junior/Senior status may apply. Various TU and Non-TU Study Abroad Scholarships will be open the semester preceding the study abroad term of interest and range from $300- $1,000+.
