Are you new to the area and have never been to Washington, D.C.? Have you been, but feel like you have more exploring to do? Got something DC-related on your bucket list that you want to check off?
Look no further than this trip! The Political Engagement Learning Community at TU will be heading to Washington D.C. on Saturday May 5th, and the trip is open to any TU student who would like to join in and be a part of it as well (until we reach capacity). Whether you want to come with a friend or make friends there, we hope you can join us!
Pickup is at 9 a.m. at the University Union Garage Bus Stop, and we will leave no later than 9:30. Once we arrive in D.C., you are welcome to explore at your own leisure and choose your adventures for the day. The bus will pick up the group and depart D.C. at 6:30 p.m., providing about 7 hours to explore and enjoy DC!
Tickets are required and available at the University Union ticket office for only $10. Trip includes round-trip transportation to and from Washington D.C., as well as water and snacks.
