Work on your Wellbeing: Learn Mindfulness

Wish you struggle less with stress, judgment, anxiety or conflict? Would you like to experience more peace, creativity, compassion, focus, self-awareness, flexibility and balance? Then it’s time to learn about Mindfulness. Mindfulness involves living more in the present moment. The Counseling Center will be hosting four session Mindfulness Meditation groups this semester. Walk-ins welcome!

Tuesdays @ 1:00pm from February 20th thru March 13th

Mondays @ 11:00am from March 26th thru April 16th

Fridays @ 1:00pm from April 6th thru April 27th

Thursdays @ 3:00pm from April 12th thru May 3rd
